EMERGENCY VOLUNTEERING

Posted on 20 Apr, 2020

The Centre for Volunteering has launched stage one of the Emergency Volunteering platform. This new platform will enable emergency volunteering to happen more easily at a local level.

The Emergency Volunteering platform is in response to the current health crisis and the desire of many people to help their community safely in this environment.

Members of the public who wish to volunteer their time to assist in this climate, some of whom may not have volunteered before, are able to register themselves on this platform detailing their skills and location etc.
